PAYMENT
Payment for orders on our website are taken by Paypal only.
If you prefer not to pay online we also accept UK cheques, made out in GBP only. Payment by cheque will be subject to seven working days clearance before any goods are dispatched.

RETURNS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee -

* Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
* Items that are faulty will be refunded or replaced subject to availability
* We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item needing to be returned
* We will also accept returns of any item you are not happy with if it is returned within 7 days in its original condition for a refund (return postage will not be refunded)
Your statutory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY
All items are sent by Royal Mail with proof of postage. Higher value items may require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch, please email us. Before we replace any item lost in the post, we may require you to confirm this in writing for insurance purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should we choose to. Any orders not accepted will be refunded using the same method as payment.

YOUR PRIVACY
Our privacy policy is simple. We will use the information you supply as necessary to fulfill your order, and that's it. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. We will not send you unsolicited email or regular mail. We will not add you to any mailing list, unless you specifically request us to do so.

PRODUCTS
Our products are commonly used for Pedal Board Manufacture and for use within Caravans, Yachts & Boats. We cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for all applications and we do not take responsibility for loss or damage. We recommend you use or ‘’Try before you buy’’ offer to test the suitability of the products.
